meeting 5 thursdays from 6/19/25-7/17/25
6:30pm PST on zoom
sliding scale $100-$250 total

this group will be focused on moving through some fundamentals practices & processes including building a relationship with center, imagining possible futures for ourselves, & working with our conditioned tendency under pressure. it is not a drop-in space. we will build each week on what we practiced with the week before. participants can expect to leave the 5-week container with clarity about what they long for and how to practice towards that longing.
