I am available for 1:1 sessions online & in person in Seattle Washington. Sessions are one hour long and are usually every other week, though some folks opt for weekly. If you're interested in finding out more, please follow the button below to schedule a discovery call. If you're not sure if committing to a longer arc of working together is right for you, I also offer 90-minute one-off sessions where we can check out where you're at somatically & offer you some tools to work with. If you're interested in this option, please book a discovery call and make a note in the booking form. We'll have a shorter conversation about how I can support you.

Our discovery call is a place to talk about how our work together might be structured, on an individual-session basis as well as in the longer arc. We'll make sure we're aligned on what I can offer as a practitioner of this work. We'll also touch on things like questions you have, access needs, any pieces that might determine whether we are a good fit to work together, & what the constellation of support & care looks like in your life

what is a session like?

Our first session looks like a conversation where we divine the focus of our work together. Subsequent sessions begin with conversational check-ins. If/when emotions arise, I'll encourage you to check them out somatically to the extent it feels available. We'll then incorporate practices that bring the whole body online through stance, gesture, & contact (energetic or physical) to explore what you want to focus on that day. We continually recenter the way aliveness moves in the system as our teacher.

rates

I currently charge sliding scale $50-$100 per 1 hour session payable by cash or Venmo. If you need a deeper sliding scale or are interested in exploring a trade, please reach out!
